What This Service Is

This is a private reference service. It stores no official jail roster, booking photo collection, court docket, or corrections database. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a records request for a visitor, or change an agency record. It points readers toward TCSO, Madison County, city, court, state, federal, and news sources.

Outside search tools may be supplied by partners. Their results, data handling, prices, and terms are separate from these terms.

Rules for Use

Visitors may read the material for lawful, personal, informational purposes. They agree not to:

• Break a law or violate another person’s rights while using the pages.
• Stalk, harass, threaten, impersonate, or target a person based on a record or allegation.

It does not provide background reports, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither the site nor its advertising partners offers a screening service. Visitors agree not to use information from these pages or a partner tool for an FCRA-covered purpose, including:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions.
• Tenant or housing screening.
• Credit, lending, insurance pricing, or insurance eligibility.
• Licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or similar determinations.
• Any other use regulated by the FCRA.

Official agencies and courts may impose additional restrictions on records they release.
